The label says adults take two capsules daily, and that anyone on a medication should consult a physician first (Protoflow bottle label). That is the only rule the bottle gives about who it is for. The front shows a male symbol, so the product is aimed at men, but the label does not say that in words.
The sales page ties it to the prostate. In practice, the buyer is often a man past 40 who notices a weaker stream or more night-time trips. BPH affects about 5% to 6% of men aged 40 to 64 and close to a third of men 65 and older (NIDDK, Enlarged Prostate (BPH)).
A fair fit, then, is an adult who has had symptoms checked, has no flagged medicines or allergies, and is curious about these herbs. Everyone else should skip it or ask first.

Is Protoflow good for your prostate?
That is unproven. Nobody has tested Protoflow, and its one prostate herb showed little or no benefit alone.
The answer is not yes or no. NIH calls saw palmetto probably not helpful for BPH (NCCIH, Saw Palmetto). A Cochrane review of 32 trials found no better results than placebo (Tacklind et al., Cochrane 2012). The label has 84.5 mg a day against 320 mg or more in the trials (Barry et al., JAMA 2011 (CAMUS)).
A man with mild symptoms may still wonder if a trial of his own is worthwhile. That is a personal call. It is safer if he has had symptoms checked first. A PSA blood test can be raised by BPH and infection as well as cancer, and screening at 55 to 69 is an individual decision to discuss with a clinician (NCI, PSA Test Fact Sheet) (USPSTF, Prostate Cancer Screening).

Is Protoflow a men's vitality supplement?
Partly. Five of its 14 lines are traditional libido herbs, but the evidence for them is thin.
The bottle's lightning and muscle icons suggest energy, and epimedium, damiana, muira puama, tribulus and catuaba all have traditional use for sexual function. Sources rate the human evidence as insufficient or mixed (MSK, Epimedium) (RxList, Muira Puama) (MSK, Tribulus terrestris). Erectile problems have many causes (NIDDK, Erectile Dysfunction).
Low testosterone is a blood-test diagnosis, not a guess from symptoms (MedlinePlus, Male Hypogonadism). If you take a prescription ED medicine, ask first. Which urinary symptoms should not wait for a supplement?
Blood in the urine, burning with fever, pain in the groin or back, or trouble emptying the bladder need a doctor. Not being able to urinate at all is an emergency.
A weak stream and night-time trips can come from BPH, but also from infection, diabetes, medicines or a blocked flow (MedlinePlus, Nocturia) (NIDDK, Urinary Retention). Sorting out the cause comes before choosing a capsule.

Most casesWaking at night, a slower stream or urgency are common as men age, and BPH is the usual cause. Still book a visit: the same symptoms can come from infection, diabetes, medicines or cancer, and a PSA test or exam is a talk to have with a clinician.
