Is the Protoflow guarantee 60 days or two months?
The sales page says 60 days in one place, and its FAQ says "the next 2 full months". Those can differ by a few days, so confirm the date.
Sixty days is a count of days from the day you receive the parcel. Two full months is a calendar count, and it can be 59, 60, 61 or 62 days, depending on the month you start. The gap is small, but it is the gap that matters on the last day.
Write down the day the parcel arrives, count 60 days, and call well before that. Keep the delivery photo, the tracking page or the box label as proof of receipt. Ask the desk to confirm your final day in writing.

Do you have to send back unopened bottles?
The sales page does not say, so ask before you ship. Some sellers want only unopened bottles. This one's rule is unwritten.
The sales page tells you to mail "the bottles" back. It does not separate full, part-used and empty ones. Do not assume either way. If you used part of a bottle, tell the desk and ask if the refund still applies.
