There is no honest number. The label sets no timeline, and no study has measured when, or whether, these capsules change anything.
The bottle says adults take two capsules daily with water. It does not say when to expect results, and the sales page gives no schedule either (Protoflow bottle label) (Protoflow info page).
When a seller names a date, ask where it came from. Trials of single ingredients ran from 4 weeks to 72 weeks, and the large saw palmetto reviews found little or no benefit at any length (Tacklind et al., Cochrane 2012). A fair plan is 60 days of notes, with a doctor visit if anything worries you.

Why can't Protoflow promise results by a date?
Because the doses on the label sit below the ones tested, and the herbs that did get tested did not clearly help.
Saw palmetto is 84.5 mg a serving here. The CAMUS trial started at 320 mg and rose to 960 mg across 72 weeks, and men on placebo improved slightly more than men on the herb (Barry et al., JAMA 2011 (CAMUS)). Niacin is on the other side: the label is above the safe limit, not below it (NIH ODS, Niacin). Look at the three bars.
A dose that differs from a trial does not prove the capsules fail. It means no study can promise what they do.

Mostly niacin effects, if any: a warm flush, itching, or a mild stomach upset.
