How much is Protoflow shipping?
Shipping is free inside the US on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs. The 2-bottle pack carries a small fee that you see at checkout.
The seller's info page prints no figure for that fee, so we cannot give you one (Protoflow info page). If it matters, start the order, read the total and decide then. Nothing is owed until you confirm payment.

How long does Protoflow shipping take?
The sales page says orders ship within 24 hours on working days, and it reports 5 to 10 days for domestic delivery.
Those are two different clocks. The first runs from your order to the day the parcel leaves. The second runs until it reaches your door. Weekends and holidays are not working days, so an order on a Friday evening may leave on Monday.
We did not find a promised delivery date, and the seller has no stated cut-off time. Treat 5 to 10 days as the sales page's own estimate. It is not a guarantee, and nothing we read says what happens if a carrier runs late (Protoflow info page).
Take the day the order leaves, add 5 to 10 days, and then allow a few more for a rural address or a busy season. If you need capsules by a set day, call the desk before you order.

What happens between your order and your door?
You pay, the order is packed within a working day, a carrier takes it, and the bottles arrive in a few days to a week or two.
The order desk handles each step, so you hold on to your order ID and the desk can look it up. The steps below follow the sales page, with the gaps marked.
- Order placed. You pay once. The charge shows as CLKBANK* on your statement.
- Packed and shipped. The sales page says within 24 hours on working days.
- In transit. Usually 5 to 10 days inside the US, by the sales page's report. The carrier is not named.
- Delivered. Check the safety seal before you open it. The label says not to use the bottle if the seal is damaged or missing (Protoflow bottle label).

How do you track a Protoflow order?

We cannot say whether a tracking link is emailed after shipping, because the sales page does not promise one. So ask the desk. The order email is [email protected].

Does Protoflow ship outside the United States?
The info page speaks only of free US shipping, so ask the order desk before you pay if you live elsewhere.
We found no list of countries, no customs terms and no rates for other places. Free shipping applies inside the US. For any other address, get the desk's answer on shipping, duties and the guarantee in writing before you pay.
A product that is a supplement here may be classed differently in another country. Rules on herbs such as epimedium, ginkgo and tribulus vary. The responsibility to check that is yours.

What if your Protoflow parcel is late, damaged or wrong?
Call the desk with your order ID and a photo of the package, and keep every box and label.
Late
Count from the ship date, then call. Ask for the carrier name and a way to trace the parcel.
Damaged
Photograph the outer box and the bottle. If the seal is broken, do not take capsules from that bottle.
Wrong or short
Compare the bottles with your pack. A 3-bottle order should hold 3 bottles of 60 capsules each.

How should you store Protoflow once it arrives?
Keep it in a cool, dry place below 86°F, out of reach of children.
That is the storage line on the bottle (Protoflow bottle label). A parcel left on a porch or in a mailbox in summer can run hotter. Bring it inside soon after delivery.
The label also asks you to keep taking any prescribed medicine and to consult a physician first if you take medication. Show the label to your doctor or pharmacist. Our where to buy page lists the checks for a real order.
