No. Registration conveys no approval of the facility or its products (FDA, Registration of Food Facilities guidance).
The sales page says the product is handled in an "FDA registered and inspected facility" (Protoflow info page). FDA's own guidance says a registration number means only that the facility is registered, and it makes no statement about inspection.
