Protoflow Shocking Truth: What the Sales Page Says and What the Bottle Shows
The Protoflow shocking truth is a gap, not a scandal. The sales page uses big lines such as "24/7/365 Prostate Support" and calls the product vegan, while the bottle makes only careful "support" claims, lists a gelatin capsule and prints 14 amounts. Nobody has tested Protoflow itself, and its saw palmetto is 84.5 mg.

The gap01
What is the shocking truth about Protoflow?
The shocking truth is mostly a mismatch: the sales page promises more than the bottle, and the bottle promises more than any study has shown.
The sales page calls Protoflow a "Vital prostate wellness formula" (Protoflow info page). The bottle never uses the word prostate. Its front says "Optimal Flow Support†", and the dagger leads to the standard FDA statement (Protoflow bottle label).
Supplement claims are not approved ahead of sale. The maker must be able to back them up, and FDA checks only after a product is on the market (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).
Four lines02
Which sales page claims do not hold up?
Four lines stand out. Each one is quoted here, then checked.
| Sales page says | What we found |
|---|---|
| "24/7/365 Prostate Support" | No study measured round-the-clock support, and nobody tested Protoflow |
| "Non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free" | The capsule is gelatin, soy protein concentrate is listed, and no certificate is shown (FDA, Food Allergies) |
| "100% free of chemical coating and other non-essential fillers" | The label lists rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and maltodextrin |
| "designed to offer complete support" | No supplement is complete, and the one prostate herb on the label is 84.5 mg of saw palmetto against 320 mg in trials (Barry et al., JAMA 2011 (CAMUS)) |
The sales page also names 8 botanicals with no amounts. The label prints 14 lines with amounts, and this site follows the label.
Fair points03
Is anything on the Protoflow sales page accurate?
Yes. The price list, the 60-day guarantee and the two-capsule serving match what we could read.
- Packs of 2, 3 and 6 bottles at $79, $59 and $49 a bottle
- A 60-day money-back guarantee from receipt
- Directions of two capsules daily with water
The page shows three stories about better sleep and fewer night-time trips, with a "Results May Vary" note. The FTC expects real evidence behind health claims, and an honest opinion is not enough (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

How should you read a supplement sales page?
Trust the Supplement Facts panel first and the marketing last.
Check the panel for amounts, the other ingredients for allergens and the directions for limits. Then ask your doctor about any medicine you take. Our guide to advertorial red flags covers the wording to watch for.
Urinary symptoms such as blood in the urine or pain with fever need a doctor, not a capsule. Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.
FAQ05
Sales page claim questions
Is the Protoflow shocking truth a hidden danger?
No hidden danger turned up. The issues are an overstated sales page, a low saw palmetto dose, niacin above the supplement limit (NIH ODS, Niacin) and no product trial.
Why does the bottle avoid the word prostate?
Naming a disease would turn a supplement claim into a drug claim, which only a drug may make (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). The bottle sticks to "support" wording.
Does the sales page cite any studies?
None that we could find on the page (Protoflow info page). That is why we check each line against NIH, Cochrane and trial sources ourselves.
Which sales page line is easiest to disprove?
The vegan line. The label lists gelatin, an animal product, as the capsule shell, so the capsules are not vegan.
