Missed Dose of Protoflow: Do You Take Extra Next Time?

The label says adults take two capsules daily with water and warns not to exceed suggested use (Protoflow bottle label). It prints no missed-dose advice and no time of day, so the only firm limit is two capsules in a day.

Why is doubling up a poor idea?
Because each serving already carries niacin above the 35 mg supplement limit.
Two capsules hold 75 mg of niacin. Four would hold 150 mg, more than four times the limit, and flushing is the usual result (NIH ODS, Niacin).
