Why are prostate supplement reviews hard to trust?
Urinary symptoms rise and fall by themselves, so any product can look like it worked.

It shows a purchase happened, not that the writer is independent or that the product worked. Read the text too.
What does an average of 4.5 stars tell me about a prostate supplement?
Very little about effect. Stars measure satisfaction, and satisfaction can come from price, packaging or hope.
Should I trust before and after photos in supplement reviews?
No. Photos cannot show urine flow, and angle or lighting can change a picture.
Can a company pay for reviews legally?
Not if the review is fake or hides an incentive that conditions its content. The FTC rule covers these cases (FTC, Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule Q&A).
Where should I look for evidence instead of reviews?
